All Inclusive -service

Choose this service when you have adult clothing/accessories to sell and do not want to handle pricing or the sales period yourself at all. Our professional staff will take care of pricing and selling on your behalf.

Before booking the service, please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By booking a drop-off time, you commit to these terms.

What we accept for All Inclusive sale:

  • Absolutely clean, intact, neat adult clothing and accessories that follow current trends and the season
  • The item must have been purchased no more than 3 years ago (excluding branded items)
  • Items must be delivered only in reusable shopping bags, neatly folded and organized, turned the right way, with buttons fastened

What we do not accept for All Inclusive sale:

  • Items with stains, ingrained dirt, or yellowing
  • Broken, worn-out, stretched, or pilled items, or items with clear signs of heavy use
  • Strongly scented items or items with animal hair
  • Counterfeit items or items that cannot be verified as authentic
  • Men’s and women’s formalwear
  • Swimwear, underwear, and nightwear
  • Sports and hobby equipment such as skates, helmets, football boots, etc., or clothing with company or sports club logos

Pricing and sales period

The price is determined by the package size, and the sales period is approximately 12–18 opening days.

SMALL = Service fee: 25€ + 50% sales commission
You may bring 33–90 items of clothing and accessories (max. 5 pairs of shoes)

GIANT = Service fee: 35€ + 50% sales commission
You may bring 90+ items of clothing and accessories (max. 5 pairs of shoes)

EXTRA = Service fee: 1€ per item + 50% sales commission
You may bring 5–20 items of clothing and accessories (max. 5 pairs of shoes)

DROP IN – First Monday of every month

Service fee: 29€ + 50% sales commission

Clothing and accessories do not need to be counted in advance (max. 5 pairs of shoes).

  • Unlike other All Inclusive packages, you do not need to count items or book a drop-off time. You may bring any number of items without prior booking — ONLY ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH.
  • Items will be priced within approximately seven (7) days of drop-off.
  • The service fee is paid at the time of drop-off according to the selected service package. The sales period is estimated based on the priced items and will be confirmed by email after pricing.

From the All Inclusive selection, we may also move suitable branded items to our Exclusive rack for sale.

Booking the All Inclusive service

A drop-off time must always be booked by email at info@kirpputoribueno.fi

In your email, please include the package size and your contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
We will reply with a suggested drop-off time and additional instructions for the sales period.

Cancellation of the drop-off time or changes to the package size must be made no later than seven (7) opening days before the agreed drop-off time. Otherwise, the service fee will be charged in full according to the booked package size.

Rights and Disclaimer

By booking a drop-off time for the All Inclusive service, you agree to the service terms listed on this page. You commit to the sales period and grant *Bueno’s staff full rights to price the items and to reduce prices during the sales period.

*Bueno’s staff has full rights to place items in the store according to their selection and to photograph them for social media channels.

*Bueno’s staff will price items using customer-specific, descriptive, barcode price tags. We take care of your items throughout the entire sales period and carry out necessary sales-promoting actions to ensure the best possible sales results.

*Bueno has the right to dispose of items that are not suitable for sale or that violate the terms without separate consent from the customer. If at least 50% of the brought items violate the terms, Bueno has the right to cancel the All Inclusive service. In this case, the service fee will not be refunded, and the items must be collected within three (3) opening days.

*Kirpputori Bueno is not responsible for items becoming dirty, damaged, stolen, or shoplifted. We aim to prevent theft by using lockable display cases and alarms when necessary. We are also not responsible for items in the event of fire, water damage, or other causes beyond Bueno’s control. Customers are responsible for insuring their own items.

If unsold items are not collected within two (2) opening days after the end of the sales period, ownership of the items will transfer to Bueno. Sales settlements must be completed within six (6) opening days after the end of the sales period; after this, unsettled sales will transfer to Bueno’s ownership.

*Kirpputori Bueno will handle unpaid fees through a debt collection agency.
