Do it yourself – Self-service sales

Before booking your self-service sales period, please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By booking a sales period, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Kirppari-Kalle

We use the Kirppari-Kalle service, where you can manage your customer information, make a reservation, and price your items. All sales are linked to a customer number. Make sure to keep your details updated in Kirppari-Kalle and add your bank account number before payout. – To sign up, check out the Kirppari-Kalle tab on our page.

Filling the Sales Rack

All clothes must be hung on appropriate hangers. Shoes and accessories can be placed on the lower shelf. The rack holds approximately 35–50 garments at a time depending on the season, and a maximum of 5 pairs of shoes. If you have fewer shoes, you can place an accessory box (available to borrow from us) on the lower shelf. Each rack includes a size tag, where you must indicate the size range.

Rack rental price and inclusions

The rack rental fee is 6€ per day plus a 5% sales commission. You may freely choose how many days you want to reserve the rack.
The rack can also be rented for an indefinite period, in which case the sales period can be ended with three (3) open business days’ notice.

The rack rental includes the required number of barcode price stickers, hard security tags if needed, the Kirppari-Kalle service, as well as hangers and plastic boxes provided on loan for the duration of the sales period.

Buddy Rack

You can also share a rack with a friend for an additional 0,50€ / day. In this case, both sellers’ sales will be recorded in their individual accounts. Staff can add the buddy reservation either on-site or via email: info@kirpputoribueno.fi.
To make a buddy reservation, the second seller must also have a Kirppari-Kalle account. Please provide the second seller’s name, phone number, and email when booking.

What You Can Sell

Clean, intact adult clothes and accessories in good condition.

What You Cannot Sell

  • Damaged, dirty, worn-out, or heavily scented clothes or accessories
  • Underwear or swimwear without a hygiene liner or original product tag
  • Non-adult clothing or accessories, such as: children’s clothes, cosmetics (e.g. perfumes, makeup), beauty products (e.g. curling irons, makeup brushes), household items (e.g. books, dishes), sports equipment (e.g. weight belts, helmets, cleats)
  • Counterfeit items sold as genuine, scalping, or any kind of mass selling

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation of Sales Period

You can book a rack spot for yourself through KirppariKalle. Any closed days are already taken into account by KirppariKalle at the time of booking. No advance payment is required, as the full rack rental fee can be deducted from your sales proceeds.

You may cancel your sales period free of charge up to three (3) opening days before the start of the sales period by email at info@kirpputoribueno.fi. We will always send a confirmation of the cancellation. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee equivalent to three (3) days of rack rental (18€) will be charged.

Price Tags and Attachment

You may only use price tags printed at Bueno.
Each item must have its own price tag with a clear product description and price. The tag must be placed in a visible location with the barcode straight.
We highly recommend securing the tag further with a safety pin or paperclip. Do not use sewing pins or staples. Avoid attaching the tag to faux leather, silk, satin, or suede, as the sticker may damage the material.
Tags can be reused across multiple sales periods. If you switch to a new rack, cross out the old rack number and write the new one clearly using a pen. Note: The rack number is the only thing you may alter with a pen. If anything else is crossed out, staff may remove the item from sale.

Pricing Items

You can price your items electronically in Kirppari-Kalle, where sold items will be listed with their descriptions and prices. Alternatively, you can handwrite the product description and price on the price tag using a pen (black or blue ink). In this case, only the price will be shown in the sales tracking.
Make sure your handwriting is clear and write a slash through the number 7 to differentiate it from 1. Do not make any other marks on the price tags (except the rack number change).

Sales Rack Setup Instructions and Times

You can set up your rack the evening before your sales period starts during the last two open hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 17:00–19:00
  • Sat–Sun: 15:00–17:00

Alternatively, you may set it up on the first sales day between 11:00–12:00.

If these times don’t work for you, please email us at info@kirpputoribueno.fi.
The rack holds about 35–50 garments and a maximum of 5 pairs of shoes. Only Bueno’s hangers and boxes may be used. Items must be easy to browse with one hand, and nothing extra may be attached to the rack. You can maintain your rack during opening hours. Cleaning services and other extras are also available for purchase.

Discounting Items

You may apply a -30 / -50 / -70% discount. This is set on your customer account and the register will apply the discount automatically. If you have multiple racks, we can apply the discount per rack, in which case items must be priced per rack using separate sheets.
To discount only certain items, ask staff for instructions. Discount signs are available at the counter or we can send them by email.

Rack Emptying Instructions and Time

The rack must be emptied on the final day of your sales period two hours before closing:

  • Mon–Fri by 17:00
  • Sat–Sun by 15:00

Return any misplaced items to the counter, place pink size tags and plastic boxes back in their designated spots, and remove security tags in the fitting room. Leave the hangers and black size tag base on the rack.

Sales Payout

After emptying your rack, come to the counter for payout, either to a bank account or in cash. If you prefer cash, inform us at least one day in advance—otherwise, we cannot guarantee it.
Payments are processed on Mondays and Thursdays via Osuuspankki.
Sales under 20€ will only be paid in cash.

Pricetagless Items

Please check our “tagless items” rack during and after your sales period. We store these items for six (6) open days from when they were found.

Post-Sale Period

After your sales period ends, there is a six (6) open-day post-sale period. Any items found during this time will be placed in a designated rack. These items are stored for six (6) open days from the last day of your sales period.
You can view sold items in Kirppari-Kalle during the post-sale period. We charge a 50% commission on items sold during this period. Sales must be cashed out no later than seven (7) open days after the sales period ends.

Violations of Terms

If the sales spot contains items that violate the terms and conditions, the staff will remove the items from sale. If the sales spot has not been emptied at the end of the sales period, or if the renter of the sales spot causes damage to the structure of the rented rack through their own actions, a fee of 20€ will be charged. If the renter of the sales spot shows disregard for the terms and conditions, Bueno staff reserve the right to terminate the sales period, in which case any rack rental fees already paid will not be refunded.
